Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Specialist to join our team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through inspection, data collection, and quality assurance processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of quality systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products using various tools such as calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and other measurement devices
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and FDA regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality systems to enhance overall product quality
- Assist in the training of employees on quality control procedures and best practices
